Once a month five players gather at the Modoc Mansion for our monthly game of Swords & Wizardry. I am the game master and the five players are the intrepid heroes that were foolish enough to brave Rappan Athuk. We all take our gaming seriously, but we are firm believers in having a good time with a very casual atmosphere.
It is our tradition to eat junk food like teenagers and drink much beer and wine. All the while the heroes manage to make progress in the little piece of the dungeon they are currently searching. Somehow I keep failing to wipe the party off the face of the map. In all seriousness we have great fun and enjoy each others company. It is the gaming that brings us together and the gaming has cemented our friendships.
Has gaming creating long lasting friendships for you and game group?
