I’m interested in finding board game war gamers? Recently retired and looking for the enjoyment of playing war games for fun and learning history. No blood; don’t smoke or drink. Just like playing a game with people interested in historical conflicts.

I presume you’re local to the Charleston area? If so, you need to join the Charleston Area Wargame Society (CAWS) on Facebook. They meet once a month at a local library to play a variety of games. The group is small, but continues to grow.

Online gaming through vassal is another avenue that is worth exploring if you have not already.
